Who is eligible for Farnhurst Elite Vacuum Therapy Devices and Products on Prescription (FP10)?

Schedule 11
Farnhurst Elite Vacuum Therapy Devices and products for treating Erectile Dysfunction (ED) are listed in part IXA of the Drug Tariff.

Under Schedule 11, certain groups of patients identified by the Department of Health are eligible for treatment at NHS expense:

 

Patients with ED who suffer from one of the following conditions:

• Diabetes
• Spinal cord injury
• Single gene neurological disease
• Poliomyelitis
• Severe pelvic injury
• Prostate Cancer
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Parkinson’s disease
• Spina bifida
• Prostatectomy
• Renal failure treated by transplant or dialysis

 

Writing on NHS Prescription

Prescriptions for patients who are eligible under Schedule 11 categories should be written on an FP10 form and clearly endorsed SLS (Special List Scheme). The prescription must include the name of the device or product, the order code and the pip code, please see all our products listed below.
