DELIVERY AND POSTAGE

Before sending you your order, we will always ensure that the item is packaged and protected correctly.
 
Prices for delivery are calculated at the checkout, after you have selected the destination, so you know exactly what the postage is before you submit your order. If you are ordering several items, you will be charged once for the higher postage rate for that destination. We do not hide any postage costs within the price of the product.
 
Prices for delivery are listed below: 
Parcels within the UK are send Royal Mail 48 Signed For and will require a signature on delivery.
EU and ROW parcels are sent using tracked and signed for service.

UK Small - £2.50
UK Large - £4.50

EU Small - £8.00
EU Large - £18.00

Rest of World Small - £9.00
Rest of World Large - £20.00

We do check that postage paid matches the destination address before shipping. If this is incorrect, we will contact you to refund the difference or arrange further payment if necessary.
 
We try and recycle our packaging whenever possible and re-use what we can, which we hope makes a small contribution to helping the environment.
 
We aim for all our deliveries to arrive within 2-5 working days from when your order was placed. International destinations may vary.

Description and Price of Goods
Every care has been taken to ensure the descriptions of the items on this website are accurate.  Descriptions of the goods are given from our perspective, and we will aim to provide you with as much relevant information as necessary.

Prices are subject to change without notice and items are sold subject to availability.

VAT is not charged, all of our items are VAT exempt if purchased by an individual, subject to conditions and completion of a VAT exemption form which will be enclosed with your order, or can be printed and emailed to us when you place your order.

Photographs of the items on the website are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee the exactness of colour reproduction on other computers or devices.
 
Placing an Order
Once your order has been placed the price of delivery will be shown separately to the item (see our delivery charges above), no VAT is included.

On receiving all the relevant information and a payment, we can then process the order, and a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. 

If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at any point.

Privacy
Before placing an order, please ensure that all the details you have given are correct at the time of purchase.

Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the address you have provided on your order and carried out by Royal Mail.
Any online orders will be delivered to the address provided on Payment.

If you do not receive your item within a week, please contact us.

Receiving your Order
We aim to dispatch all items (if in stock) within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment. On receipt of your order, please check the item you have received is correct. If not, please contact us immediately.

Returns
Due to the medical nature of the goods, we supply they may not be returnable. If a return is agreed, a refund will only be given if the goods are returned to us in their original condition

Please contact us if you wish to return an item and we can advise you of your options.

Cancelling Your Order
While we hope you have taken the time to place your order, under the distance selling regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 working days after the goods are received. The cancellation deadline will expire after 14 days. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within 14 days. please use any of the methods on our Contact page. 

Again as with returns, we will only give a refund if the goods are returned to us in their original condition.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
